I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely with a balcony, and the aircon outside on level 4 was a nice touch. The service was top-notch, and the very spacious open reception area made me feel welcome. The hotel's proximity to the monuments and the grand Palace was a huge plus, as everything was within easy reach. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the freshly baked cookies.
